What is universal healing energy

Healing energy is powerful pure energy that we inhale daily as it is within our atmosphere. Prana - (Sanskrit) or Chi (Chinese) or Ki (Japanese) means life force energy - is a part of this healing structure/energy that creates a bond when love surrounds us. A mixture of Prana and love is the healing energy that floats within us and heals us on a daily basis.

However, the healing energy can only do it’s work when there are no blockages within our system. Negative thoughts, negative beliefs, unsolved issues within our mind and soul all create blockages that prevents the healing energy to flow naturally within us. The imbalance within our mind and soul creates an imbalance within our body – which expresses itself by stress, depressions and other diseases eventually.

In other words: We all have the power to heal ourselves as the energy is available to us, we only need to love ourselves unconditionally in order to allow the natural healing energy to flow within us to keep the balance.

This healing energy flow is a creator of peace within our system but also radiates into and onto our direct environment. People around us will feel the positive energy/health and this triggers them to search and create their own positive energy and health subconsciously until they encounter the opposite energy that unfortunately lives within so many among us. That is why it is important to have the awareness of what is around us and the willingness to focus on the positive and become one with love, so the negative energy will be shielded out of our aura (energy body) by the power of our mind.
